RALEIGH – A Correctional Captain with the North Carolina Department of Public Safety at the Lanesboro Correctional Institutional in Polkton, North Carolina, was convicted Wednesday of a felony and two misdemeanor tax charges filed by the North Carolina Department of Revenue.
