Tax Certification Guidelines

These guidelines were created to provide information necessary to understand the applicable laws and rules and to help navigate the application process for the tax certification of equipment, facilities, and land used in pollution abatement and the recycling and resource recovery of or from solid waste. Nothing in this guidance document should be interpreted to alter or replace the North Carolina General Statutes or Administrative Code.
