Garnishment Payment Coupon

Employers may be served with a wage garnishment against one of their employees. They need to complete the Form NC-GARN Garnishment Payment Coupon and send it along with wages withheld from the employee's pay. 

This assists in correctly applying the funds to the taxpayer's account.
