Important Notice: Definition of Qualifying Datacenter Clarified

This document serves as notice that effective May 11, 2016 as provided by S.L. 2016-5, N.C. Gen. Stat. § 105-164.3(33c) was amended to clarify the conditions that must be satisfied to meet the definition of a “qualifying datacenter.”
