Economic Incentives Reports

In compliance with the requirements of Section 105-256 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, by May 1 of each year the Department of Revenue prepares an economic incentives report that contains information on certain tax credits and tax refunds, itemized by credit or refund and by taxpayer, for the previous calendar year. The Economic Incentives Report is currently prepared by the Department of Revenue’s Tax Processing, Research & Equity Division.
