State Privacy Act (S.L. 2001-256) Memorandum (2001)

Newly enacted Session Law 2001-256, titled "State Privacy Act", make it unlawful for any local government agency to deny any right, benefit, or privilege provided by law because of such individual's refusal to disclose his social security account number.
