Important Notice: Voluntary Participation in Sales and Use Tax Electronic Data Interchange

This document serves as notice that effective October 1, 2009 for form year 2009, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) will be available for ALL filing frequencies (Quarterly, Monthly, Monthly with a prepayment). A taxpayer may enroll on a voluntary basis to remit tax returns electronically for any sales and use filing frequency by using the EDI format.
