Important Notice: November Energy Star Sales Tax Holiday Repealed

This document serves as notice that effective July 1, 2014, N.C. Gen Stat. § 105-164.13D, which provided a sales and use tax holiday for Energy Star qualified products during the first weekend in November, was repealed per Session Law 2013-316.
