Form E-585E, State Agency Claim for Refund County and Transit Sales and Use Taxes

State Agency Claim For Refund County Sales and Use Taxes, Form E-585E, shall be used when filing for the refund authorized for State agencies in accordance with the provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 105-164.14(e).  Claims for refund filed pursuant to the provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 105-164.14(e) must be filed within 15 days after the end of the calendar quarter.
