"Accordingly, the Property does meet the requirements for property tax exemption as provided in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 105-278.6(a)(8) since the Property is (i) used by a nonprofit organization providing housing for individuals or families with low or moderate incomes; and (ii) the Property is exempt from property taxation as provided in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 105-278.7 since the Property is used by a nonprofit community or neighborhood organization for educational, scientific and cultural purposes as such terms are defined in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 105-278.7(f)(1) (2) and (5)."
