These instructions are to be used by two or more Captive Insurance Companies filing as a Consolidated Group other than a Protected Cell Captive Insurance Company or a Special Purpose Captive Insurance Company with a Cell or Series Structure in completing and filing gross premiums tax returns for 2022.
